SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests: At 5:45 a.m. on Oct. 12, Secaucus Police responded to the Elizabeth Police Department to take into custody a 54-year-old male of the Bronx for outstanding warrants out of Secaucus, Aberdeen and Jersey City. He was unable to post bail for the warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. At 2:40 a.m. on Oct. 14, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 62-year-old man from Union City, NJ for multiple warrants out of Union City and Bass River. He was able to post bail for the involved warrants, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody. At 11:23 p.m. on Oct. 15, officers from the NJ State Police responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 30-year-old Newark man for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody. At 3:47 a.m. on Oct. 16, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old male of Pottstown, PA for warrants out of Newark, and multiple NCIC warrants issued out of Pottstown, PA with no bail and the Essex County Sheriff's Office with no bail. He was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. He was issued his complaint warrant along with two motor vehicle summonses and taken to the Hudson County Jail. At 10:08 a.m. on Oct. 16 during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 34-year-old male, Ahmed Mostafa of Saddle Brook, NJ for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for operating a vehicle reported stolen out of Saddle Brook, NJ, Possession of CDS believed to be Phencyclidine [2C:35-10A(1)], Being Under the Influence of a CDS believed to be Phencyclidine [2C:35-10B(1)] and Failure to Make Lawful Disposition of CDS [2C:35-10C]. Mostafa was served his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. At 6:55 p.m. on Oct. 17, Secaucus Police responded to Riverside Station Boulevard on a report of a road rage incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 36-year-old female, Jennifer Chin of Bayside, NY for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D], a small bat, Possession of CDS believed to be Alprazolam [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Lamotrigine, Venlafaxine Hydrochloride and Phentermine Hydrochloride [2C:35-10.5E(2)]. Chin was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 7:56 p.m. on Oct. 17, Secaucus Police responded to Blackjack Mulligans located at 146 Front Street on a report of a large fight in progress. During the investigation, the police arrested a 29-year-old male, Richard McKenna of Haskell, NJ for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(1)] and Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A], along with a 52-year-old male, Thomas Santiago of Jersey City, NJ for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(1)], a 24-year-old male, Dylan Messier of Totowa, NJ for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(1)] and a 24-year-old male, Tyler Hering of Secaucus, NJ for Disorderly Conduct [2C:33-2A(1)] and Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose [2C:39-4D], a chair. Mr. Mckenna, Mr. Santiago, Mr. Messier and Mr. Hering were served their complaint summonses and all parties were released from police custody.
