Description
BOWIE, MD — Trick or treating for Halloween in Bowie will be Sunday, Oct. 31, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention advised families last year to skip trick or treating due to coronavirus concerns.
Officials recommend that trick or treaters this year remain in small groups, avoid mingling with other groups and not linger on doorsteps. Based upon current COVID-19 metrics, health officials recommend trick or treaters:
wear masks that protect from COVID rather than traditional Halloween masks.avoid large parties.go out in small groups.do not share candy.avoid games like bobbing for apples.
