Description
Need to build a small housing around an outdoor battery cabinet that is currently on the outside of a shed.
Dimensions of cabinet itself are ( 22"W 10"D 68"L)
Shed needs to have a 3-foot wide door, centered with the battery cabinet with a depth of approx 20 inches. Height needs to be at approx 84 inches (Battery cabinet is slightly elevated off ground and we need at least 7 inches of ventilation on all sides and the top)
Shed needs a small concrete pad for everything to sit on and to be totally enclosed with batten insulation (Sides/Roof/Floor is possible) and ventilation ports on both sides so as to not make the shed a hot box during the summer. Needs weather-treated wood for the bottom wood that touches the concrete pad.
Need an exterior door (most likely steel) that swings out. (Battery cabinet needs 3-feet in front of it to take off the cover so opening the door would make it possible to open and close the battery cabinet. Would need a slight angle for the roof along with it being papered and shingled for longevity.
The exterior siding used needs to be weatherproof (snow/rain). Normal particle board or OSB can be used inside to keep the insulation in place.
