At Rent Ready, we help apartment complexes get their vacant units ready for the next tenant to move in. We are looking for Painters interested in sub-contracting work to repaint these units. Do you have interior paint experience? If so, we'd love to talk! Scope of Work: • Repainting vacant apartments • Core services – walls, trim, and doors Compensation: • Production Based – the more you complete, the more you make • Payday is every Friday! Schedule: • Based upon the availability you set for yourself • No nights or weekends Requirements: • Must have experience repainting apartments (>1 yr.) • Own painting equipment – sprayers preferred! • Paint and disposables will be provided to you. • Reliable transportation and ability to be dependable.
