ORIGINAL Zep meets Cream style project

I was thinking a style/ combo of the mighty Led Zep meets Cream. The verge of mystical, psychedelic, experimental, power driven grooves and blues that you can really get lost in. That’s my thought… but let’s see what actually happens when you get a bunch of old school rockers with the same influences growing up, on the same page, in the same room. Let’s see what happens. I’m a lead/ rhythm guitarist, singer, songwriter been writing & playing since 13 (somewhere early 80s). Years or experience. Anyway I’m married, have a profession, so folks in the same situation would probably work out best. INFLUENCE: I’m a huge fan of late 60s & 70s British rock, there’s no denying that growing up in the shadows of the greats from across the pond would have some sort impact on my style, and approach to playing & songwriting, so I give it my best. I also have many other influences, I’m not stuck in a 60s/70s bubble, but I figure it’s a good start. LOOKING For: Drummer (Ginger Baker/ Bonham/ Mitchell/ Moon/ Taylor, Mason), Bass Player (J.P. Jones/ J. Bruce/ Waters/ Deacon), Singer (Plant/ Joplin/ Mercury/ Slick/ Morrison) Writers: anyone that writes is a plus! By all means if there’s anyone else out there that would like to contribute with keys or any other instrument, all welcomed. One final note, even though this is considered stoner rock. I’m NOT interested in starting a project with a bunch of stoned, or drunk players when together. I’ve seen that before, and really nothing productive comes out of it. Look at this project as capturing the essence of the sound, visual, & art form from this time period, not the actual lifestyle. Anyway, contact me if interested.
