Durante Home Exteriorsis seeking experienced construction service manager who will meet w/ existing residential customers to diagnose product and installation failures, submit for warranty verification, and complete repair, replacement, or other solutions. Job Duties: Meets w/ residential homeowners for pre-scheduled appointments to diagnose and remedy existing installation and product failures. Build rapport w/ customers and demonstrates expertise in product performance and installation practices. Complete minor repairs and replacement on site including but not limited to window sash replacement, window glass replacement, door tune-up, siding removal/replacement, minor deck and post/rail repairs, and sunrooms/patio cover repairs. Creates job proposals complete w/ description, diagrams, photographs, and instructions regarding other required or requested services. Communicate w/ customers during the service process regarding realistic timelines for ordering parts, repairs, and/or replacements. Keep detailed records of services completed and job proposals extended to customers. Communicate warranty claims w/ manufacturers and vendors on behalf of the customer and submit proper paperwork, photos, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Attends weekly production meeting.
