ST. MICHAEL, MN — St. Michael residents who plan to vote by mail in the Nov. 2 municipal election should request a ballot by Tuesday, according to election officials. Doing so will leave enough time for officials to send out a ballot and for it to be returned. Mail-in ballots will not count if they are received after Election Day.
