Our real estate looking for run-down looking houses in Milwaukee, and we will pay you up to $1200 per month to find them. Your job is to find 200 to 250 homes per week that meet the following criteria (elementary for you to do in the neighborhoods I will assign). It might work for all Uber and Lyft drivers that want to make a guaranteed rate every day, at any time of the day, while still having a completely flexible schedule. Drive around and look for vacant, run-down, abandoned, and distressed-looking houses in Milwaukee based on specific criteria. You need to have reliable transportation, access to Smartphone/camera & computer with a high-speed Internet connection. Examples of houses that you would look for: Stuffed-full mailbox Broken or boarded up windows Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters Visually in bad shape Snow fell, but there are no tire tracks or footprints on the driveway Tallgrass Window Unit Air Conditioners It hasn't been sold in the last year (I'll give you an app to be able to tell) I'll give you a specific neighborhood to drive to. You'll be able to find 50 houses in these neighborhoods daily over the next week. When you see a run-down house, your job will be to pull over and input the house in an app on your smartphone.
