Part time Remodel help

I'm looking for somebody to help me speed up number of remodeling projects on my house. Ideal person would be somebody who is currently or has previously worked in related trades, but I will consider somebody with experience working on their own home as well. Hours are flexible, would be perfect for somebody who already works in the industry and is looking to make extra cash in the evenings/weekends. All tools/materials will be provided and I will be working with you some of the time and can help with any heavy lifting/hauling. If you do good work this can be a long term thing. Being able to work independently is important, as I won't always be around and it's possible you will know more about some of these projects than me. Project list in rough order of priority: -Adding laundry room (adding drain+vent, wire outlets, flooring, drywall, paint, etc) -Bathroom remodel (moving shower, custom shower pan, re-plumbing sink, tile, etc.) -partial kitchen remodel (flooring, assorted small projects) -Finishing basement (concrete work, potential plumbing projects) -Expanding deck (next year) -Potential shed building or garage addon (next year) -Various other smaller projects Please email me with the following: -Relevant work history -Hours you would generally like to work -Comfort level with: Plumbing, Electrical, tile, drywall, paint -Desired pay rate Pay: Rate dependent on experience
