Press release from Northfield Public Schools: October 19, 2021 There will be a traffic change at Bridgewater Elementary School beginning Monday, Oct. 25, 2021. Due to increased congestion during the pickup and dropoff times of the school day, traffic is backing up further onto Jefferson Parkway. To alleviate this issue, the traffic flow in and out of Bridgewater Elementary school will change. Starting on Monday, Oct. 25, vehicles will enter Bridgewater from Highway 246 (Division Street) and exit onto Jefferson Parkway. With this change, more than double the number of vehicles can stack onto district property, relieving the congestion on city streets before and after school.
