Garden City public access TV show in late 90s

I am currently looking for the host of a public access TV show based out of Garden City from the late 1990s. I used to have an AOL account where I disparaged my enrollment at Specs Howard in early 1996, and I was actually invited onto the show way back in the day, but I had turned it down simply because I didn't really want to be seen and become a target. However, I also really didn't have the ability to fully explain my plight in regards to my disaster of an enrollment to that school, which I now would like to fully explain. If you're out there, I do understand it has been over 20 years since your invite, and you may have moved on to something else, but if you do have a YouTube channel or something instead, I would love to be on your show and finally give my side of the story without any fear of showing my face or whatever else I was bothered by back then. If you're no longer out there, I would also love to give my story of what happened to anyone who is willing to have me on their own show. Thank you.
