Yo, My name is Dan. I'm 32 and started playing guitar at age 14. I'm very proficient with my instrument and music is my utmost passion in life. I'm not much of a singer (and plan on being just a guitarist in our band) but I am also down to help with writing some of our songs' lyrics. For years I have dreamed of starting a band (playing shows, recording) with some skilled/committed musicians (Please no druggies, 420 fine of course). I'm looking for a singer, bassist, drummer, and possibly even a 2nd guitarist and/or a keyboardist. Im looking to play original music and have come up with several ideas already (mostly just instrumentals). I haven't recorded anything in a few years so I don't currently have any recordings available that accurately display my skills at this point but if you want to hear some of my old stuff lmk. Music means so much to me and while I have eclectic taste my style generally reflects hard rock, alternative, and metal. If you think we would mesh well hit me up. Some of my favorite bands are Tool, Pantera, Children of Bodom, Metallica, Guns n Roses, A Perfect Circle, Alice In Chains, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed, Godsmack, Seether, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, In Flames, Rage Against The Machine, System Of A Down, Three Days Grace, and I listen to a whole lot of others as well!
