We are looking for a handyman/laborer to work approximately 8 hours per week in downtown Holly Springs. The selected candidate will assist the property management company with maintaining the grounds of a 54,000 SF mixed-use building in downtown Holly Springs. Days and hours are flexible. The ideal candidate will work two half days during the workweek. Duties include: -Responding to and repairing maintenance requests from tenants and property management company -Cleaning: lobby windows, sweeping/mopping floors, washing windows, leaf blowing, cleaning dumpster area. -Garbage pick-up and removal -Assembling furniture, hanging pictures, moving desks -Set-up and take-down for events -Putting-up and taking-down holiday decorations -Pick-up and deliver items as needed
