Hi! I was talking on the phone outside Target. You were standing beside your car and you smoked a cigarette. I actually stayed out side of my car while on the phone deciding wether I should say something... it almost seemed as if you wanted me to say something to? Idk... we both stayed outside of our cars right near each other for a while. I wish I would have said something now. You had a blue car and this was around 9pm Tuesday.
