Need someone to get balloons and take them to restaurant tomorrow 10/20

My husband is working in Newburyport and has a birthday dinner scheduled tomorrow night 10/20 at Sea Level Oysters at 7pm. I am in California stuck inside with Covid and want to try to make his birthday special from here. I am looking for someone who can go to a local store and get a couple Happy Birthday balloons and take them to the restaurant around 7:20 and take them to him saying they are from me (or you can ask the waitress to take them to him). I am willing to pay $40 plus whatever costs there are for the balloons. Please contact me if interested! Thanks so much!!
