Looking for a new opportunity?!!! We are currently looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our Production Team. The responsibilities of this role include setting up and printing custom screen print orders while ensuring the best quality and meeting deadlines. Candidate must be able to successfully register and print technical jobs on our 8 color/12 station and 4 color/8 station automatic presses. They will be well organized, and able to run a clean and efficient work area. They must be dependable, pay attention to detail, take pride in their work, and able to manage their time effectively. A TEAM player is a must. The candidate must be able to work well with others, conform to our process, be open to new ideas, and perform duties as requested by the production coordinator. The candidate needs to have knowledge of chemicals, ink, processes, etc., involved with screen printing, including screen prep, burning screens, mixing ink, press setup and screen reclaiming. Additional Duties Required as Needed: Screen reclaiming, coating, and burning Inventory management, including counting in stock, catching, etc. Troubleshoot setup issues Spot check production for quality control Maintain a daily on time production schedule Requirements: Experience operating automatic screen print presses in a garment decorating environment/company. Hard worker, self-motivated, reliable, and arrives to work on time. Commitment to honesty and have a positive attitude in a team work environment. Lift up to 30 lbs. regularly. Must be able to stand for long periods of time while operating a screen printing press. See fine detail in printed product and check for color accuracy and quality. Must be able to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions and procedures. Must have a basic understanding of units of measure. Must be able to multi-task in a continuous-feed work environment. Must have minimal computer skills to review and produce orders to spec. Must have reliable transportation. Hours: M-F 8 am – 4:30 pm.
