Experienced REO and Preservation Crews Needed: We need your help to cover multiple new foreclosure work orders and complete rehab bid requests from investors. You must be a company or sole proprietor with all needed registrations and current insurance. You will use your truck, trailer and equipment. We need reliable workers that KNOW how to provide initial secure and trash out services – such as: lock changes, debris disposal, winterizations, grass cuts, tree and landscape trimming, discoloration cleaning, boarding, fence repairs and pool securing, roof and gutter clean-off, roof tarping and repairs and basic cleaning. YOU must be able to provide clear property photos of all work performed via our app and document all damages and BID all needed repairs and preservation services. AGAIN the work is in NE Florida – Duval, Clay, St Johns, Nassau and Baker Counties. As possible orders will be grouped to be completed on the same days.
