Lead Bible Study Meeting and small group meeting under the direction of the Senior Pastor.
Pray with members of the public, outreach ministry work, praise night and special service praise as required before and after services and on an ad hoc basis as required by the local congregation.
Provide spiritual encouragement, counseling to members.
Preach the Word of God to Youth group in preparation for licensure, only under the direction of the Senior Pastor.
Develop and lead praise programs for use during the worship service.
Meet with the worship leader regularly throughout the week and before/after services to teach and field questions regarding the ministry experience.
Develop and research concerning Education Ministry.
Contribute to strategic development of the ministry.
Maintain membership records that contain the dates each member joins or leaves the church.
Prepare documents such as church membership activity, church directory, church bulletin.
Make sure that all records are accurate, copied, and published or posted for church members and the general public
Answer phones, schedule meetings for a pastor, maintain files and keep records of congregation members and their offerings.
Order office supplies, schedule repairs and general maintenance, and record the minutes in church meetings.
