Build an Outdoor BBQ Island

I am looking for a handyman or carpenter to build a U- Shape outdoor island for me. LABOR ONLY for $2500. The job would include: framing the island, stucco and or veneer for finished, put in a sink, grill (34"), refrigerator, draws and doors under grill, counter top which will be granite, using a slab or prefab, hooking up water to sink, electricity for refrigerator and maybe an outlet for something. Possibly an 8ft wide arbor that is so simple on one side of the island. I will supply all material. You just pick up.
