Maintenance Technician Needed for Apartment Turnover * Full Time

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for multiple Maintenance Technicians to support our client's team, based out of Luxurious La Jolla, California! Schedule: • Full time: 40 hours per week • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 am – 6pm • Alternate Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 9am – 6pm • Location: La Jolla, CA • Pay Weekly (Friday) • Employee Stock Options Earned for working • Pay of $18.00 per hour/$720 per week • Temp to Hire Opportunity What you'll be doing: • Experience with light fixtures and appliance replacement • Drywall and some painting • General knowledge in plumbing and electrical Who we are looking for? • An individual with a “Yes, can do!” attitude • Must have all your own applicable tools • Commercial or residential experience working well for this environment • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, overhead lifting, and walking for long periods of time If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please call Caine at 619-840-3369.
