Maintenance Technician Needed for Upscale Condos

Building Resource Management is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician to service our client based out of La Jolla, CA. This is a permanent position at an upscale condo association. Job Summary: Full Time: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (2 (10)minute paid breaks and 1 (30) minute unpaid lunch included) Location: La Jolla, CA Pay of $18 - $19 per hour depending on experience / $720 - $760 per week depending on experience Permanent position Experience Needed: * Drywall and painting * Texture matching * Stucco (3-step process) able to perform all steps * General knowledge of plumbing and electrical * Commercial or Residential maintenance experience preferred, 2+ years ideal * Must have your own tools * Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, overhead lifting, ladder work, standing and walking for long periods of time Please send over current resume to [email protected].
