This study is evaluating an oral investigational medication for patients who have Ewing sarcoma, Myxoid liposarcoma, Clear cell sarcoma, Desmoplastic Small Round cell tumor or a related sarcoma that has returned or has not responded to treatment. An individual may qualify for the study if they: Are 12 years of age or older Have been diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma, Myxoid liposarcoma, Clear cell sarcoma, Desmoplastic Small Round cell tumor or another type of sarcoma that may be related to Ewing sarcoma Sarcoma must have returned or not responded to last treatment Have received at least 1 prior therapy for sarcoma Meet additional study criteria Reimbursement for reasonable, out-of-pocket expenses for travel and accommodations may be available to qualified individuals.
