I have a one car garage I’m looking to have turned in to a studio living space. There’s no time frame on this. I don’t have a lot of money but I work for an airline and can barter for free flights for you and your family. I have a few other things I need done also but we can discuss it and come up with something that works.
I have a spare bedroom also, so we may be able to barter that as well.
