Mature Mobile escrow agent/notary seeks small office to sublease. Was subleasing from another person for 6 years, but her lease came up and she decided to work from home due to sons illness. Need an office space 10x10 or a little smaller for $200 per month. Have good credit, good credentials and references if needed. I only have a small desk, filing cabinet, a shelf, printer and 3 chairs. Live in the county and its really convenient to have a small office to work out of if needed.
