We are actively looking to develop new relationships with cleaners in the Portland Metro area that can help us with our property management portfolio. Please share your standard cleaning charges for the following: - One/ Two bedroom apartment/condo (Full clean) - Two/Three/Four bedroom house (Full clean) Touch up cleaning for the same sized units mentioned above (touch up cleaning occurs when past tenants clean their property but does not meet Uptown Properties standards. We send cleaners in to “finish” the job that the tenants started) - As well as a cost sheet for our “usual” turnover cleaning scope of work: - Clean appliances (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher) - Clean bathrooms (toilets, showers/tubs, floors, vanity, and mirrors) - Clean windows (glass and tracks) - Clean hard surface floors (sweep and/or mop) - Vacuum carpets - Clean kitchen/kitchen cabinets and drawers (inside and out) - General cleaning of the overall property (sweep, vacuum, dusting, etc.)
