Superior Janitorial Service is looking for a highly motivated, attention-to-detail individual to serve as a cleaning supervisor. Cleaning supervisor responsibilities include: Training of new cleaners Providing ongoing support and training for cleaners Performing quality checks Providing constructive, positive feedback to cleaners Following up and resolving complaints related to cleaning Filling in for absent cleaners Maintaining proper cleaning and safety procedures Ensuring supplies and equipment are available and in good condition Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms and regular sanitizing Cleaning supervisor candidates must: be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays be able to work varying hours be willing to travel throughout the northern Colorado area be able to lift up to 30 pounds be able to climb stairs be able to remain on their feet for extended periods of time be fluent in English be able to use technology be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen have a valid driver license have their own reliable transportation have at least one year of supervisor/leadership experience have at least one year of janitorial experience The ideal candidate will: have excellent team building skills have excellent time management and organizational abilities be an effective communicator Uniforms and all work equipment are provided. Hours and pay: flat rate, 40 hours per week; may include use of a company vehicle (after probationary period). Shift is evening weekdays and variable hours on weekends.
