What You'll Do: Work with our team to provide a first-class customer experience from start to finish Demonstrate extraordinary product knowledge and capability to convert customers, build sales and surpass hourly and daily goals Strive to create 'Raving Fans' by turning casual shoppers to returning customers Be an example of 'MeUndies' values and brand philosophy to customers and team members Think outside the box by continuously striving to think up innovative ways to reinvent the shopping experience for our customers Organize and maintain the retail store by stocking various product, creating visual displays, and keeping the shop tidy Who You Are: Client and Service Expert: You ensure exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate MeUndies experience to customers. This includes attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and genuine care for the customer. An Ambassador: You understand the MeUndies aesthetic, and communicate our brand philosophy and lifestyle to team members and our customers. Your passion for the things that you love is infectious, and you are great at communicating that passion with others. Sales Expert and Operational Executor: You understand how visitors ebb/flow in the store, and anticipate high traffic times. You can quickly replenish merchandise on the sales floor without missing a beat while still providing an exceptional customer experience and converting above goal. Physical And Scheduling Requirements: Must be available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, holidays. Required Availability includes, but is not limited to the following: 11/18/2021-11/29/2021 and 12/17/2021-1/4/2022. The seasonal period to run through 1/31/2022 Standing for extended periods of time Able to safely lift boxes up to 60 pounds Comfortable climbing ladders Education And Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in a retail/food services/hospitality industry, professional selling experience bonus points High school degree preferred Ability to handle food/alcohol distribution About Us: MeUndies is a Los Angeles, CA-based underwear and loungewear company best known for its softer than soft basics.
