We are looking for a QC Operator with background in handling electronic components and performing quality control based on technical requirements. The position does not require an optical engineering background, but a qualified candidate must be a quick learner and maintain attention to detail. This full-time position is at the Vitex office in northern New Jersey; and is open to recent graduates as well as experienced professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES QC Operator will be responsible for assembly, customization, and other engineering work on optical & electronic products, performed according to the technical requirements, which include programming using lab software & equipment. In addition, QC Operator will test products to ensure that they meet product specifications and maintain proper quality-control records. As part of the Operations team, QC Operator is also expected to assist in handling incoming and outgoing shipment in the stock room and warehouse.
