Hello I am looking for labors to grow with a small company. We do residential houses in the valley for builders. We train our ppl and lots of areas to work in such as learning to operate installing sewer pipe water lines and conduits for Idaho power. Backfill houses and do prep work for concrete. You need driver’s license and transportation. Yes we work longest we can in winter depending on weather but work all threw summer spring and fall. One thing I’m not in competition with other companies about starting pay. This is what I start at and longest you are learning in training your pay can go up.
