Job Available Now in Lindenhurst Job Description Smooths surface of wooden articles, for example furniture parts and cabinet panels preparatory to finishing, or between finish coats, using sandpaper. Feels surface of sanded article for smoothness. May also scrape article with chisel or scraper to remove burrs, splinters, and excess glue. May also mark defects, for example knotholes, cracks, and splits to facilitate repair of article.
