Responsible for helping maintain the entire property in an attractive, safe and comfortable condition. Pleasant, drug-free work environment. The candidate will be responsible for: · Assist in all types of cleaning outdoors of building in all different areas when necessary or requested. . Operating pressure washers · Work outdoors in all types of weather · Outside pressure washers experience a plus. . Must have reliable transportation. . Must have a valid driver's license. Shift: Variable (40hr/week)
