JTT Investments Property Management Company is in need of a part time general labor employee. This job would include, but not limited to, changing furnace filters in apartments, exterior grounds clean ups, apartment clean outs, shovel/snow removal. This position is around 20 hrs/week, could be mornings or afternoons, to suit your schedule. Once snow removal begins, this would need to be done in the mornings.
