Do you want to get into property management? Our large property management company is currently looking for a FT, year-round Property Assistant/Groundskeeper/Snow Removal Person to join our team! M-F 8-5 What we offer you: Healthcare after 60 days (medical, dental, vision and life insurance) and vacation, sick leave and paid holidays after 90 days. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has previous work experience in property maintenance, janitorial, groundskeeping and snow removal. Has good attention to detail, good customer service skills, and takes pride in the quality of their work. Has knowledge of proper safety precautions. Has basic computer skills (email and internet).
