Custom landscaping installation and maintenance company based out of Frederick is seeking a Crew Foreman and laborers responsibilities include: • leading crews and participating in jobs as necessary. • Operates company vehicles including Transporting equipment as needed -Reads landscape plans and layout job accordingly Main tasks will be: * Hardscape installation * Irrigation system installation * fabric/edging * rock/mulch * Grading *fencing • Operation of various equipment such as: trencher, skid steer, mini excavator • Tree and plant installation • Maintenance operations Mowing, trimming, and clean up *Waterfeatures *Snow removal Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: • Strong organizational skills. • Ability to work a flexible schedule • Knowledge of and ability to operate equipment •2-4 years industry experience -drivers license We work an average of 45 hours a week and do not work weekends when fully staffed. We are based out of Frederick and service the Northern Denver area Broomfield, Northglenn, Thornton, Boulder county, Carbon Valley, and surrounding areas We offer company vehicle and a diverse but reasonably achievable workload, well-equipped work environment, good direction and support from management, job security, and a general “homegrown company” atmosphere.
