Botnick Realty is looking for a maintenance technician to join our team in Denver. Our family business is in its fourth generation of leadership, and we currently own and operate over 2,000 apartments in Ohio, Georgia, and Colorado. We opened our Colorado office in 2010, and with 525 apartments in the state, and 111 more units under construction, we continue to grow our operations locally. We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience and a team oriented mindset. Our maintenance teams ensure that our communities are safe and comfortable places to live, and are key to attracting and retaining residents. This is a full-time position which includes benefits; healthcare, 401k etc. Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8-4:30, including lunch and breaks. Maintenance techs also participate in an on-call rotation to cover after hour emergencies. Compensation will start between $22-23/hr based on experience. Essential Responsibilities: Complete service requests correctly and in a timely fashion Assist with unit turns and make ready checklist Participate in on-call rotation to cover after hour, emergency work orders Work with team to make sure that common areas and curb appeal present well Communicate with property manager to coordinate vendors, material ordering Perform routine preventive maintenance Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary ​Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Valid Drivers License Please send your resume when replying to this post.
