Licensed Contractor Needed I have a small buildout that I need done in a small commercial space (approx. 1700 sq. ft.) I need a licensed contractor to do the work. Possible drywall repair/replacement prior to painting. I'm on one side and the space I want to expand into is on the other side of the wall. I need someone to come out and put 16ft x 10ft entrance/opening so people can walk between the two spaces. I believe the wall is non-load bearing. I also need some floor work done, there is a small area of tiles that needs to be removed. ****picture has nothing to do with job, it's just a random photo******** I'm hoping to be ready to start work this Friday, October 22, 2021. Hoping to get some estimates soon.
