We are a startup in the Twin Cities looking to fill outside sales positions! We are looking to hire representatives to generate leads and drive sales. The Outside Sales representative will sell services offered by the company to new clients. This is a commission based position. Duties/Responsibilities: • A self-starting personality with a spirit of entrepreneurship. • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. • Communicates with clients and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs. • Ensures client satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale. • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any client relationship problems. • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Travel daily throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Required Skills/Abilities and Experience: • Prior experience in sales, particularly in a B2B environment • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Able to work independently. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office application or related software. • High school diploma or GED, some college. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field. • 3-5 years’ experience in sales, preferably outside sales.
