I once could do it all myself. Now, I’m looking for help to finish some things and start some others. The list might change and some work I can help with and other we might need additional help. Here is a list: 1. Dock and deck repair including railings and staining/sealing/painting. 2. Attic blow in insulation (requires working in crawl space wearing a respirator with fragile ductwork and limited room to move and maneuver), would help to be extremely flexible, light and agile. 3. Landscaping and yard work, clearing overgrown beds and cutting limbs and branches, digging up irrigation lines, replacing sprinklers, setting borders, etc. 4. Assist with cleaning and repair of equipment and machinery. 5. Repair and replacement of fencing (wood and chain link and lattice) including demolition, setting posts and planks and caulking, painting and sealing. 6. House interior and exterior carpentry and caulking and painting. Possibly including replacing windows and doors including trim and finish. No tools or equipment required, all materials provided. Must have excellent work ethic, pleasant and can do attitude, strong attention to detail, a jack of all trades background, and willingness to do whatever it takes to complete the job and do it right. Must be a self starter and comfortable working alone or with a small crew. Compensation can be negotiated and/or a combination of hourly and bonus depending on task complexity and complications.
