Looking for small studio space

Looking for a small ( around 800 - 100 sq ft) studios space. Looking in the Dearborn Heights and surrounding area. I am a photographer & videographer. I have just moved back to the area and would like to find a place that is affordable while I get back into the community. I am open to a space that needs some work, painting, lighting and I am willing to do the work myself. I am looking for someone that has the space just sitting empty and would like to see the space get used and brought to life. If you or someone you know has a space available please contact me.
