1) I need someone to rake leaves and do some yard cleaning in back and front of a small yard. Minor work. No grass cutting. Empty and change water of bottom of back yard fountain. Wash with hose all around house front and back to get rid of all the spire webs and dust. 2) Inside house a) sweep hardwood floors b) mop clean the hardwood floors inside the house with special cleaner. c) If needed ( I will decide) apply a shiny coat for hardwood floors with the mop all around at the end. There are 7 furnished small to medium rooms (not too big of a house). Entance area, 2 bedroom, hallways and bar área, office área, living room área. dining área and kitchen. 3) Clean the glass windows inside and outside the house plus french doors to patio. 4) MUST have vaccination card and a negative test within 72 hours and ID. (YOU CAN GET IT DONE GOR FREE AT CVS OR WALGREENS). Contact me ONLY if you have both to get the job. I can wait 1/2/3 days for results if you need the money get the free test. 5) Payment: $100 cash for the day. 6) If you ONLY have a vaccination you can only do the outside front and back yard work, water hose house outside and wash outside windows for $50.
