Drywall repair, painting, lock changes, minor plumbing, and minor electrical. Unit turns, work orders. On-call for emergencies only.
Pay based on experience. A certified HVAC technician is a +plus. Starting hourly pay $17.00. Benefits offered after 90-days.
Background and Drug Screening. Must have a vehicle.
