ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Facilities Lead. The primary responsibility of the Facilities Lead is to direct the work of a team of maintenance employees in the pursuit of providing a safe and well maintained site. Plan, prioritize and delegate work assignments. Identify resource needs and allocate resources accordingly. Manage the formation and distribution of Work Orders, (service, repair and preventive maintenance) and insure timely completion to quality standards. Inspect the quality of the work performed by subordinate team. Perform maintenance work as needed. Monitor and control supplies and equipment. Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques. Manage and coordinate activities of local service providers and/or subcontractors. Answer questions and provide information to the public; investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.
