Hi there. I would like to recommend my painters. They are the best painters I have ever used in all of my experiences as a landlord. They just recently painted the interior of a large 1911 home that I own in Oxnard. It has tons of wooden aspects and they sanded them all down meticulously before painting them. They refinished the built in dresser in one of the closets beautifully as well. They also specialize in wood refinishing. They showed up early every day to the job consistently. Here are some photos. Their names are Javier Jimenez and his business partner Alejandro (Alex) Mena . They were such lovely guys and very patient with me and any change orders that I requested.
