$200 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT We are looking for hard working dependable individuals to join our team! If you are new to pool construction, we train till you are capable to complete all phases of the pool process. Qualifications • Construction: 1 year (Preferred) • Reliable • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Able to occasionally lift 80 pounds • Physical strength and endurance to work long hours • Basic knowledge of tools and equipment Job Duties • Pool Construction that includes o Excavation o Trenching and backfilling trenches after plumbing completion o Shell Delivery o Framing o Plumbing o Rat Slab Form & Pour o Material Deliveries o Clean Up • Organizing and cleaning the shop and vehicles daily • Etc. This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: • Dependable • Adaptable/flexible • Good work Ethic • Understands verbal and written direction • Responds well to constructive criticism • Self-starter Schedule: • Monday-Friday.
