Warehouse Associate (East Rutherford, New Jersey) compensation: Starting @ $$ BOE employment type: full-time Warehouse Associate criteria required. Responsibilities: Your title will be Warehouse Associate Work safe at all times. Effectively be able to lift 50lbs to 75lbs, be able to stand and walk for long period of times have excellent arm and hand mobility but not limited to, while preforming duties. 1. Prepares orders by (SAP) processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. 2. MS Office 3. Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests. 4. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. 5. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 6. Completes reports by entering required information. 7. Maintain technical knowledge by working closely with lead, supervisor(s) and technicians. 8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 9. Italian Speaking Optional but a Plus 10. Researching parts (Technical Manuals) 11. Invoicing 12. Tracking Warranty Parts and follow up Credit Memos 13. Inventory Control 14. Monitor customer emails 15. Issue RMA’s 16. Monitor shipments from Italy (to customers or Office) 17. Parts inquiry status, Availability and lead time from sources (Internal & External) 18. Pick & Pack 19. Order supplies 20. Assist Techs and/or Management Basic Compensation: • Full Time 40 hrs. • Compensation will be a starting salary of $$$$$$ US Dollars • 2 weeks’ Vacation 5 days Personal/Sick (accrued) • Pay frequency is twice a month or 24 times a year • Company will pay 100% of all your health care coverage expenses (employee only).
