Lab Harley needs a new forever home

My brother and sister in law sadly need to re-home their black Labrador dog Harley. They had to rent out their home, where Harley had a giant backyard to run, because they had to travel for work. They now live in an RV park, and although it is nice, Harley needs to be leashed on a line. Harley is a sweet girl, but since she's only 3, she needs more space to run, or parents who can walk her more frequently. My brother and sister in law work over 10 hours a day. Harley is up to date on her vaccinations, and has been spayed. She is normally an indoor dog, but needs a lot more activity. Harley knows basic commands. She's good with other dogs. I know, bc I dogsat for them, and Harley was great with my three dogs. She's a sweetheart! Kennel trained.
