Job description Scope & Purpose: Responsible for the general cleanliness and curb appeal of the property including, but not limited to grounds pickup, cleaning of breezeways, sidewalks, corridors, parking lots, driveways, and refuse areas. Duties & Responsibilities • Daily cleans the grounds including the lawn areas, sidewalks, breezeways, corridors, parking lots, driveways, and refuse areas on the property. • Checks and cleans all common areas including the play areas, picnic areas, exterior of the leasing office, pool area, laundry facility, and other areas considered as common areas. • Assist in unit renovations and turnovers as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technician(s). • Communicate to Maintenance Supervisor, specific supplies necessary to perform work. • Assist with daily inspection and upkeep of property. • May be required to perform basic maintenance such as hauling supplies and equipment. Experience • No experience necessary however must have worked in an outdoor environment. • 0-1 years’ experience in property management or similar field
