Key Accountabilities: Provides layout, placement and finishing of concrete materials while receiving direction from Superintendents, Foreman, along with input from Carpenters and other Finishers. Needs minimal supervision to perform assigned tasks. Works with a variety of tools and machines related to concrete construction. Duties will include that of a Concrete Carpenter and/or Finisher. Required to have all hand tools needed to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2+ years of successful concrete experience. - Required to know how to provide a variety of troweled and textured finishes. - Minimum 1+ year experience operating Power Trowels and/or Finishing Machines (i.e. Walk-Behinds, Riders, etc.) - Thorough knowledge of concrete practices and related safety practices Benefits: Competitive Pay - ($20+ DOE) Medical Insurance with Voluntary Vision, Dental and FSA 401k with company match Apply Online at **Additional Hiring Incentives**
