We are looking for a self motivated, results driven, customer service focused Construction Manager. We are a small, but rapidly growing, locally owned, restoration company. If you have experience in the restoration industry, we would like to discuss an opportunity with you. The ideal candidate will have experience in reading and writing Xactimate estimates, negotiating with insurance adjusters and able to successfully run projects from start to finish. Must have resources and relationships with sub contractors as we don’t have in house crews. Must be able to negotiate budgets with contractors to make sure the projects are profitable. We are looking for a team player that has the companies best interest in mind as we are growing.
