Hiring: Make Ready Details: This position is responsible for preparing unit units for leasing/showing and move in. The Make Ready Technician provides necessary repairs for all aspects of the units and is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition. Qualifications: Previous Multi-Family housing experience a plus Self-motivation and attention to detail Demonstrated track record of the highest degree of ethics and integrity The ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
